Rags2Wags is a 501c3, all breed, animal rescue founded in 2012 to help eliminate the killing of animals in US shelters, primarily focusing on the high kill shelters of Southern California. We rescue, rehabilitate & re-home animals to the Pacific Northwest, Oregon, Washington & Canada. We also work to financially support, small local rescues & independent rescuers who work in the trenches on a grass roots level to fight for the health, safety & well being of all animals.
